The place was exceptional and had very attentive and exceptionally attentive staff at the reception desk, enjoyed the stay. We had deluxe room to ourselves with a bathtub and nice touches and comfy bed. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

We had a great trip here, the breakfast with delicious breads and cereal was excellent.

The room had a lovely decoration and a great view, and I had a comfortable sleep; the location was excellent, being close to a cultural center with a nice ambience.

The breakfast is delicious and marvellous, offered with salad and meat, for example. The room is newly remodelled and light filled in good condition, everything is perfect.

This is a fantastic place to stay during your vacation, with beautifully decorated rooms equipped with a bathtub and a spacious bathroom, all in close proximity to a memorial hall.

The hotel is conveniently located near a MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with windows spanning two walls, offering a great view and plenty of natural light. I also loved the attention to detail, with nice touches like free snacks in the mini bar.

The efficiency and professional friendliness of the hotel staff was impressive and we were welcomed very well despite a late arrival . The design of the hitel was excellent, white, bright and modern as you'd expect from Phillipe Starck. The design in the rooms was particularly good.. Lighting, bathroom, and facilties were all very functional and smart. We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much.

As we are elderly travellers, a shuttle to the nearest Metro would have been useful. We walked it often but , a shuttle would have been an extra bonus.

location is great. breakfast is excellent quality though selection is just right.staff is helpful,

the style of the hotels is a bit too modern chic but it can become too cold. there is no plant or colors in the room. the room facing the high way during summber time receive an early sunlight that wakes me up at 4pm. also not enough privacy because it has wide windows facing high way and street directly. has to pull up curtain all the time.

The staff of this hotel is above and beyond perfection! They are extremely kind, warm, and professional. The hotel is new, bright, excellently designed. My standard room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, silent, and cozy. Wi-fi was free and very fast. At breakfast there were some different dishes every day, and the choice and quality of food was very good. Location is really convenient.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had to leave. If I ever have a chance to visit Taipei again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

This venue has an unbeatable location near a department store and is just a 10-minute drive away from the airport plus it's close to the Taiwan High Speed Rail station.

I had a short layover in Taipei and thanks to the helpful concierge service at Ambience Hotel, I was able to make the most of it. Winni and Steve arranged a relaxing foot massage, a delicious meal at the Shilin night market, and an unforgettable evening listening to live jazz at the Blue Note. Their assistance made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
